THE NRA BANNED GUNS GIVEAWAY (“GIVEAWAY”) BEGINS AT 12:01 AM EASTERN DAYLIGHT TIME (“EDT”) ON 5/8/23 AND ENDS AT 11:59 PM EDT ON 10/13/23 (“GIVEAWAY ENTRY PERIOD”).
IN ADDITION, THERE ARE TWO ENTRY PERIODS TO ENTER FOR A CHANCE TO WIN A BONUS GUN. BONUS FAST ENTRY PERIOD #1: BEGINS 12:01 AM EDT ON 5/8/23 AND ENDS 11:59 PM EDT ON 5/12/23; BONUS FAST ENTRY PERIOD #2: BEGINS 12:01 AM EDT ON 5/22/23 AND ENDS 11:59 PM EDT ON 5/26/23 (EACH, A “BONUS GUN ENTRY PERIOD”).
ELIGIBILITY: Open only to legal residents of the United States and Washington D.C., age 21 years or older at time of entry. Void in MN, MT, WA and where prohibited by law. Subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Governed by U.S. law. Employees and their immediate families (parents, children, spouse, siblings) of the National Rifle Association of America (“NRA”) ("the Sponsor"), its advertising and promotion agencies, their respective parent companies, affiliates, retailers, subsidiaries, sales representatives and/or distributors, and their immediate families, and those living in the same household (whether related or not) are not eligible to enter.
The method of entry you select to use must be one of those indicated in your offer presentation:
HOW TO ENTER: There are three (3) methods of entry. Method #1: To enter via U.S. mail (“personalized entry”): Complete and return the Official Entry Form per instructions provided elsewhere in the personalized offer you received, including returning as many fully separated Giveaway tickets as you wish (up to the maximum twelve [12] available), with or without a contribution. Method #2: If the option to enter online is offered (“online entry”), visit the URL indicated and follow all online entry instructions to contribute and enter the Giveaway, including indicating which Giveaway tickets you wish to submit. (To enter without a contribution, see Method #3 below.) Online entries must be received between 12:01 AM EDT on 5/8/23 and 11:59 PM EDT on 10/13/23. To be eligible for a chance to win a Bonus Gun Prize, online entries must be received between 12:01 AM EDT on 5/8/23 and 11:59 PM EDT on 5/12/23 (to be eligible for the Bonus Fast Entry Prize Period #1) or received between 12:01 AM EDT on 5/22/23 and 11:59 PM EDT on 5/26/23 (to be eligible for the Bonus Fast Entry Prize Period #2). Online entries received during these periods are also eligible to win all other prizes as described below. All online entry notices posted at website apply, including but not limited to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at www.nra.org/privacy.aspx. Online entries are deemed to be made by authorized account holder of the email address submitted at time of entry. Online entries may require a donation. Method #3: To enter with or without making a contribution (“mail-in entry”), visit www.NRAGunGiveaway.org and follow all entry instructions including printing Giveaway tickets, hand-printing all information requested on the Giveaway ticket(s), completely separating all Giveaway tickets you return, and enclosing Giveaway ticket(s) in a hand-addressed #10 business envelope and mailing via First Class U.S. mail to: NRA Banned Guns Giveaway, P.O. Box 420766, Palm Coast, FL 32142-0766. FOR METHODS #1 AND #3: Entries must be postmarked by 10/13/23 and received by 10/20/23. However, to be eligible for a chance to win a Bonus Fast Entry Prize, these entries must be postmarked between 5/8/23 and 5/12/23 and received by 5/19/23 (to be eligible for the Bonus Fast Entry Period Prize #1) or postmarked between 5/22/23 and 5/26/23 and received by 6/2/23 (to be eligible for the Bonus Fast Entry Period Prize #2). Such entries received during these periods are also eligible to win all other prizes as described below. For all methods of entry: LIMIT: UP TO TWELVE (12) GIVEAWAY TICKETS PER DAY REGARDLESS OF METHOD OF ENTRY. Any attempt to exceed this limit may automatically disqualify all entries from that entrant. All Giveaway ticket(s) you are returning must be completely separated and detached from any other Giveaway ticket or they WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE for the drawings. Personalized Giveaway tickets are not transferable.
For all entry methods: Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, stolen, damaged, garbled, incomplete, illegible, misdirected or postage due mail/entries. Entry materials/data that have been tampered with or altered will be disqualified. Sponsor will not assume responsibility for any third party’s failure to act in accordance with its instructions pertaining to Giveaway implementation. No advertised item is intended for prize distribution or sale in those states or in those areas where such item is prohibited by law. Mention of product or service in advertisement or text does not mean it has been tested or approved by Sponsor. No mechanical reproductions of entries accepted. All entries become Sponsor’s property & will not be returned or acknowledged.

Firearm Prizes (each with its Verifiable Retail Value (“VRV”)) are listed as follows: Main Entry Prize #1: $2,099. Main Entry Prize #2: $2,756. Main Entry Prize #3: $2,799. Main Entry Prize #10: $2,725. Main Entry Prize #11: $2,450. Main Entry Prize #12: $2,199. Bonus Gun Entry Period #1 Prize: $4,900. Bonus Gun Entry Period #2 Prize: $5,999. Total VRV: $40,733.00. Limit: One prize per person or household with the exception of a Bonus Gun which may be won in addition to any other prize. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received, estimated at 1:30,500 for numbered Prizes 1-12 and 1:17,000 for a Bonus Gun Prize. Additional prize details: All prize details and selection of prize to be awarded are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. All winners are responsible for any applicable expenses not expressly stated in offer, including federal, state & local income & sales taxes, insurance, licensing, registration & title fees, any options not included & expenses associated with claiming or picking up prizes. Any firearm prize winner must conform to all local, state & federal regulations as applicable & must make arrangements for delivery of firearms with appropriate federally licensed firearms dealers as required by State & Federal law. Any winner whose potential selection to win a firearm prize would otherwise be in violation of federal, state, or local law will receive an alternate prize of equal value selected at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. If for any reason whatsoever, a firearm prize winner is not able to accept the prize, including as a result of any applicable law, he/she will receive an alternate prize at Sponsor’s discretion. Prizes are not redeemable for cash, or exchangeable or transferable, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion, which reserves the right to substitute any prize with one of similar or greater value (or cash) if any prize or any portion thereof is unavailable. Winners acknowledge Sponsor & all other businesses concerned with this Giveaway & their agents do not make, nor are in any manner responsible for any warranty, representations, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the quality, conditions, fitness or merchantability of any aspect of prize except that the prize shall be subject to manufacturer’s stated warranty.
WINNER SELECTION: Random drawings for Bonus Fast Entry Prize #1 and #2 will be conducted within 14 days of the end of each Fast Entry Period from the eligible entries received during the corresponding Fast Entry Bonus Prize entry periods. Random drawings for numbered prizes 1-12 will be conducted on or about 11/1/23 from all eligible entries received. The first entry randomly drawn labeled Prize #1 will win Prize #1; the next entry randomly drawn labeled Prize #2 will win Prize #2; this process will be repeated until all twelve (12) numbered prizes are randomly drawn. All drawings will be conducted by an independent judging organization whose decisions are final and binding in all respects.
WINNER RESPONSIBILITIES: Potential winners will be notified via overnight mail and/or email within five (5) business days after random drawings. Three attempts will be made to contact each potential winner within a 14 day period. If a potential winner fails to respond within 14 days, or if email attempts are returned as undeliverable, that potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate will be determined using the same random drawing process stated above. In order to receive a prize, each potential winner will be required to complete an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability which must be signed and returned (along with any other documentation the NRA reasonably requires for prize fulfillment, such as, but not limited to, providing proof of identity, and various licenses or permits) within 14 days of date printed on notification or the potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be determined. Winners of any prize valued at $600 or more will be required to furnish his/her Social Security Number to Sponsor or Sponsor’s agent for tax reporting purposes prior to the awarding & fulfillment of any prize. State & local laws, restrictions & regulations may limit or prohibit the sale, prize distribution, carry or use of certain prizes. Each winner must conform to all local, state and federal regulations as applicable and must make arrangements for delivery of prize with appropriate federally licensed firearms dealer as required by State and Federal law. Prizes will be awarded within approximately 30 days of winner verification, except in cases of delay of availability. Sponsor is not responsible for such delays. Winners bear risk of loss or damage for failure to pick up their prize. If a prize is not picked up after 30 days, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected at random.
GENERAL: By participating in the Giveaway, you (i) agree to be bound by these official rules, including all eligibility requirements, and (ii) agree to be bound by the decisions of Sponsor and the independent judging organization, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway. Except where prohibited by law, entry and acceptance of prize constitute permission to use each winner’s name, likeness and prize won for purposes of advertising, promotion and publicity without additional compensation. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Giveaway or in the announcement of any prize or for any suspension of the Giveaway or inability to implement the Giveaway or award the prizes as contemplated herein due to any event beyond its control, including delays or interruptions caused by acts of God, acts of war, natural disasters, weather, utility outages, acts of terrorism or any federal, state, or local government law, order, or regulation, order of any court or regulator.
All rights under Section 1542 of the Civil Code of California & any similar law of any state or territory of the United States that may be applicable with respect to the foregoing release are hereby expressly & forever waived. Release herein is intended to apply to all claims not known or suspected to exist with the intent of waiving the effect of such laws to preserve future unknown claims.
RELEASE: Entrants on their behalf, and on behalf of their respective heirs, executors, administrators, legal representatives, successors and assigns (“Releasing Parties”), release, defend and hold harmless Sponsor, any entity involved in the fulfillment of the prize(s) or the administration of the Giveaway, and their respective employees, officers, directors and agents of each (“Released Parties”), from any and all actions, causes of action, suits, debts, dues, sums of money, accounts, reckonings, bonds, bills, specialties, covenants, contracts, controversies, agreements, promises, variances, trespasses, lost profits, indirect or direct damages, consequential damages, incidental damages, punitive or exemplary damages, judgments, extent, executions, claims and demands whatsoever, in law, admiralty or equity, whether known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen, against Released Parties which any one or more of the Releasing Parties ever had, now have or hereafter can, shall or may have which in any way arise out of or result from entrant’s participation, acceptance and use or misuse of any prize, including property damage, personal injury or death.
PRIVACY: By entering, each entrant accepts & agrees that personal data provided to the Sponsor in connection with this Giveaway, including name, address, telephone number, and email address, may be processed, stored, or otherwise used within the context of administering the Giveaway and engaging in marketing and public relations related activity. The entrant expressly consents to such processing, storage, and use. Information collected from entrants will also be treated in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy which can be viewed at http://www.nra.org/privacy.aspx. By entering the Giveaway, each entrant consents to the collection and use of his/her personal data as permitted pursuant to the privacy policy.

NOTICE TO ONLINE ENTRANTS
In the event of a dispute over the identity of an online entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the "Authorized Account Holder" of the email address submitted at time of entry. Authorized Account Holder means the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. Entry materials/data that have been tampered with or altered, or mass entries or entries generated by a script, macro or use of automated devices are void. The Sponsor is not responsible for: (i) error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry information by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or any combination thereof; or (ii) any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in the Giveaway. By participating in the Giveaway, you (i) agree to be bound by these official rules, including all eligibility requirements, and (ii) agree to be bound by the decisions of Sponsor and the independent judging organization, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway. Failure to comply with these official rules may result in disqualification from the Giveaway. Sponsor reserves the right to take action to: (i) permanently disqualify from any Giveaway it sponsors any person it believes has intentionally violated these official rules; and (ii) withdraw the online method of entry if it becomes technically corrupted (including if a computer virus or system malfunction inalterably impairs its ability to conduct the Giveaway), or (iii) suspend entries if the Giveaway becomes unfairly impaired in any way and to select winners from among all eligible entries received prior to such action. This Giveaway shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of New York, U.S.A. without regard to its conflicts of laws provisions. Any disputes that may arise out of or connected to the Giveaway shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, or, if applicable, federal law. Entrants agree that all legal proceedings relating to the subject matter of this Agreement shall be maintained exclusively in courts sitting within the County of Prince William, the County of Fairfax or the City of Alexandria, in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Entrants consent to and subject themselves to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and agree that jurisdiction and venue for any proceeding arising hereunder shall lie exclusively with such courts. Any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Giveaway, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. ANY CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS AND/OR AWARDS SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH ENTERING THIS GIVEAWAY. ENTRANT HEREBY WAIVES ANY RIGHTS OR CLAIMS TO ATTORNEY’S FEES, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ENTRANT, WHETHER FORESEEABLE OR NOT AND WHETHER BASED ON NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE.
LEGAL WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN INDIVIDUAL, WHETHER OR NOT AN ENTRANT, TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE, DESTROY, TAMPER WITH OR VANDALIZE OR INTERFERE WITH THE OPERATION OF THE GIVEAWAY, IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND DILIGENTLY PURSUE ALL REMEDIES AND CRIMINAL PROSECUTION AGAINST ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
